Medium amber/gold, with burnished copper highlights; spicy and sweet on the nose, with notes of honey, citrus, cocoa bean and vanilla; full bodied, round and rich on the palate, with honey, chocolate, spice and orange zest flavours; the finish is long, with chocolaty notes persisting.
14 GlenDronach Original 12 years
Double matured, first in sherry casks, then for a final period in first fill American oak. This has the effect of marrying the sherry notes with the creamy vanilla tones that American oak offers.
10 Glenfiddich (Valley of the deer) 12 years
Characteristic sweet, fruity notes. Develops into elements of butterscotch, cream, malt and subtle oak flavour. Long, smooth and mellow finish.
15 Glenfiddich Solera Reserve 15 years
Matured in three types of oak casks: sherry, bourbon, new oak before being married in the solera vat. The taste is elegantly smooth, with a deep flavour that reveals fruit, gentle spice and a touch of oak. The finish is long and satisfying.
13 The Glenlivet 12 years
Subtle peatiness. Delicate. Slightly sweet and fruity, with vanilla notes. Clean and well-balanced. The finish is long, but mild and warming. A trace of peat at the end.
11.5 Glenrothes Select Reserve
Full malty flavor, medium sweet, vanilla and orange zest. A long and slightly spicy finish.
14 Longmorn
Smooth, rich and elegant. Fruity weight: semi-dried soft fruits (peach), fresh cherry, toffee, tea leaf, pecan, toasted nut.
10 McClelland’s
An initial fibrous sweet nougat essence is complemented by the savoury flavours of Brazil and hazelnut. A subtle floral freshness adds a faint perfumed bouquet to the palate.
17 Balvenie 12 years Old Doublewood
Being matured in two woods: a traditional oak whisky cask to a first fill Spanish oak sherry cask. Mellow, rich and smooth palate. Warming long-lasting, finish.

Matured in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks. A smooth and creamy taste with spicy-sweet nutmeg and honey combining with the dewy freshness of autumn fruits.

17 Dalwhinnie “The Gentle Spitit” 15 years
Smooth, soft and lasting flavors of heather, honey sweetness and vanilla followed by deeper citrus-fruit flavors and hints of malted bread. Long, lingering, surprisingly intense finish.
10 GlenGarioch 8 years
Intensely malty, fresh with increasing sweetness as the kippery peatiness gathers.

GlenGarioch malt is a light clean malt that has some spice and peat to give it some body.
11.5 Glen Turner 12years
The whisky is smooth on the palate, and has a salty sweet character with more hints of cinnamon. The finish is dry, with a powdery icing sugar feel left on the palate.
15 Macallan 15 years (Gold)
Bright golden straw colour; orange, citrus, cedar, spice and light smoke aromas; dry and medium bodied with a medium finish.
17 Macallan 18 years (Amber)
Matured in sherry casks this offers fuller flavour than the Gold while being more delicate than the Sienna. Unsurprisingly it is amber in colour and fragrant with aromas of citrus, orange peel, spice, peat and smoke; the palate is complex with smoke, ginger, dried fruits, apricots and cinnamon that lingers on a long finish.
18 Oban 14 years
A classic from the western Highlands this fruity malt offers a whiff of heather and more than a hint of smoke. The nose speaks of the sea with mineral, brine, and smoke playing alongside of mild maltiness; the palate is rich with dried fig, orange, sweet malty flavour and smoke followed by a long finish with a hint of salt.
15 GlenMorangie The Original
A ten-year-old single malt, Glenmorangie Original is produced by marrying the delicate spirit that emerges from Scotland’s tallest stills, with first and second fill American white oak casks. Aroma: The scent of citrus and ripening peaches is softened by the aroma of vanilla. Taste: First, vanilla is detected on the tongue before it ripples along the palate bringing a burst of flowery fruitiness. Finish: About a minute after tasting, you are left with a clean and salving aftertaste with hints of orange and peach.
16 Glen Parker
Round, gentle malt character of medium depth. A pleasant long finish.
11.5 Stronachie 12 years
Firm and well rounded. Medium to full bodied with good depth of flavour. Sweet woody notes and prominent peat smoke evolve in the mouth to leave a drying aftertaste. Great length on the finish. Peaty aftertaste. Very appetizing

10 Auchentoshan 12 years
A Lowland Single Malt Whisky with tempting aroma of toasted, caramelized toffee and the signature smooth, delicate Auchentochan taste.
15 Glenkinchie 10 years
A light sweet nose with barley-malt, green grass and wisps of autumn smoke. Slightly sweet yet fresh, late summer fruits and harvest fields, young wood and malted barley. Floral and very grassy, dry finish.
15 The Peat Monster
Peat Monster is bottled at 46%. Full-bodied, smoky and slightly sweet. Some maltiness and fruit. Long, peaty and smoky finish.

15 The Arran 10 years
A touch of cinnamon adds a spicy edge to the soft and sweet texture, which captivates the palate. The classic Arran citrus notes have rounded with age and reveal new depths of character against a background of sweet oak. Arran malt makes an excellent light aperitif.
16 Highland Park 12 years
At the core of the Highland Park range is the expression that started it all; the twelve-year-old pours a glowing amber colour, shows beautiful aromas of sweet honey and a light peat note; full and rounded on the palate with more sweet citrus and full malt flavours; the finish shows notes of heather and subtle smoke.

Highland Park 15 Year Old has a remarkably complex nose with notes of camphor, peat and citrus fruits and flowers. The drying sensation on the finish leaves a rich smoky feeling and the immediate desire to refill your glass.

A rich dried-fruit sweetness with clouds of smoke and strong barley-malt flavors, warming and intense. At the back of the mouth is an explosion of pepper. Huge, long, peppery finish with an appetizing sweetness.

Extremely smoky, peaty and intense warm, slightly medicinal, peat smoke flavours.
21 Lagavulin 12 years
The taste is very smoky, after the malt sweetness. Hints of iodine and wood. The very long finish recalls the spices.
19 Lagavulin 16 years
Full, rich body. Dry peat smoke fills the palate with a gentle but strong sweetness, followed by sea and salt with touches of wood. Finish: A long, elegant peat-filled finish with lots of salt and seaweed.
